Anyone found talking about marijuana on a phone is charged with a felony punishable by 1 to 4 years in prison and a $30,000 fine. Marijuana convictions result in a loss of driving privileges for 6 months. There is a zero tolerance law in regards to drugged driving.

Every month there will be about 220 alcohol related deaths and 40 illegal drug overdoses.
