First offense sale to a minor is 1 to 20 years with an unknown fine. A second offense is life.

There is a no tolerance drugged driving law in effect in the state of Nevada.

Every day the police will make about 40 drug arrests and 30 DUI arrests.

Every month there will be about 60 alcohol related deaths and 10 illegal drug overdoses throughout the state.
